ARAUCA
Located to the north of the Colombian Orinoquia, this region borders Venezuela and is mostly made up of plains. Its fertile lands allow the cultivation of crops typical of the tropical zone such as cocoa, of course, in addition to bananas, cassava, rice, corn and fruit trees.
This single origin cocoa is characterized by its medium citric acidity, with fruity and nutty flavor notes. Its complex and exotic aroma with caramel notes give it a special bittersweet flavor.
