ARAUCA
Located to the north of the Colombian Orinoquia, this region borders Venezuela and is mostly made up of plains. Its fertile lands allow the cultivation of crops typical of the tropical zone such as cocoa, of course, in addition to bananas, cassava, rice, corn and fruit trees.

SANTANDER
Located in the northeast of the country in the Andean region. It has heights ranging from 800 to 1200 meters above sea level, with a moderate warm climate. It is an area that stands out for its agricultural activity where cocoa, sugar cane, citrus fruit, mangoes and avocados stand out.
The Santander region, as the center of cocoa activity in the country, offers a wide variety of flavors in its beans that highlight the diversity and richness of our country. We find a strong cocoa flavor with a slight acidity, strong notes of roasted nuts and wood at the end.

TUMACO
This municipality is located in the southwest of Colombia, on the Pacific Ocean, very close to the equator. Due to its great hydric wealth, the presence of flat slopes and moderate temperature, it is ideal for the cultivation of cocoa and bananas, the predominant fruit in the fruit flavors that we can find in the cocoa liquor obtained from this region.
